Job summary
We are looking for a highly strategic and systems-driven Content Operations Manager to architect optimize and scale a modern content engine that fuels measurable business growth.This is not a traditional content marketing role focused solely on writing or publishing instead it is a high-impact cross-functional leadership position at the intersection of content strategy growth marketing marketing operations RevOps AI workflows automation and martech systems
Your mission is to transform content from individual campaigns into predictable scalable data-driven growth engine that drives brand awareness demand generation marketing qualified leads MQLs sales pipeline influence and revenue acceleration
Responsibilities
- Design the infrastructure behind content by building workflows automation frameworks AI-enhanced systems structured distribution pipelines allowing high-volume high-quality production without proportional headcount increases
- Create modular content frameworks enabling rapid repurposing campaign amplification
- Establish centralized libraries asset management systems reducing cycle time concept publication operational optimization
- Cross-functional enablement partnering departments ensure alignment scale: collaborate with Product Marketing translate messaging scalable systems align Demand Generation campaign execution amplification support Sales enablement-ready frameworks structure subject matter expertise reusable modules maintain consistent messaging channels
