    Overview of therole
    The Financial controller will participatein the planning performance management and controlling cycle of thebusiness. He/she will be a trusted business partner to ManagingDirector o and his operations team. He/she will be responsible todevelop the (financial) reporting process with stateoftheart toolsto provide both internal and external stakeholders with insightfulaccurate and timely financial information.

    What you willdo

    • Review and analysis ofmonthly financial statements of all business operations anddispersion management across all brands within businessunits
    • Partner with Finance Leadership and toestablish business unit P&L (Profit & Loss)performance review and develop reporting to review with keystakeholders
    • Perform detail costing for costto serve and provide visibility on financials KPI (Key PerformanceIndicator) to drive business and operationalaccountability
    • Understand individual marketdynamic on return and business opportunity
    • Translate to financials implication to drive P&L(Profit & Loss) and Cashflow optimization
    • Analysis of forecasts and budgets of all activitieslocations of business operations including consistencychecks
    • First line support of businessoperations and local financial controllers on finance relatedquestions
    • Development maintenance and analysisof divisional specific reports and dashboards;
    • Optimizing financial processes and performance throughdata analysis (e.g. process mining businessintelligence)
    • Analysis of consolidated productcontribution margins
    • Preparation of accountingposition papers
    • Support in development anddelivery of extensive KPI (Key Performance Indicator) pyramidacross business locations and brands/companies
    • Lead initiatives to improve financial decision making andvisibility regarding inventory demand and supply atregion.
    • Be the voice of finance in businessand operations reviews. Challenge business case from aprofitability and cashflow perspective
    • Managethe control environment for inventory and develop bestpractices
    • Prompt support to get adhoc data andanalysis for General Manager and his Brand Lead / planningteam.
    • Active role with Planning team onendtoend forecasts annual budget strategic planspreparation
    • Financial ownership of allbusiness activities with responsibility to provide effective andtimely Management Reports on all Warranty and retentionproducts
    • Develop detailed business MIS toencapsulate all the key performance indicators for endtoendbusiness operations and performance covering all financialcommercial & operational dimensions

    Required skillsto be successful

    • QualifiedAccountant or equivalent post graduate qualification
    • Minimum 1215 years relevant experience
    • Excellent numeracy skills Analytical skills Positiveleadership Teambuilder Commercial awareness
    • Welldeveloped oral and written communication skills are amust. Ideal candidate must be self directed. Strong interpersonaland team building skills.
