    We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager Lead to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives.

    This leadership role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

    The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of digital channels with strong leadership and project management skills to guide a high-performing marketing team.

    Key Responsibilities


    Strategy & Planning:
    Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

    Lead digital marketing campaign planning, including paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and affiliate marketing.

    Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

    Team Leadership & Collaboration:
    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals.
    Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, creative, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.
    Set team goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks while providing continuous feedback and development opportunities.

    Campaign Management & Execution:
    Oversee the execution of digital campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timely delivery, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging.
    Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, analytics insights, and A/B testing results.
    Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI and cost efficiency.

    Analytics & Reporting:
    Define KPIs and implement performance tracking frameworks for all digital marketing activities.
    Analyze data to derive actionable insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
    Present regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.

    Brand & Content Management:
    Ensure all digital content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.
    Oversee content creation strategies including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, video content, and web copy.
    Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers when necessary to enhance brand presence.
    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
    7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
    Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, paid media).
    Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
    Demonstrated leadership experience managing, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team.
    Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    Preferred Skills & Attributes

    Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
    Knowledge of e-commerce and digital sales funnels.
    Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and web optimization.
    Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and data-driven decision-making approach.
