- Conduct incident investigations to determine root causes and contributing factors
- Analyze incidents to identify trends and patterns
- Develop recommendations for corrective actions to leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions
- Maintain effective communication with leadership and employees regarding incident investigation outcomes
- Assess and measure the effectiveness of corrective actions
- Develop and implement incident prevention strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in incident investigations in the Oil & Energy industry
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
