- Align division goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy while maintaining awareness of commercial and business objectives.
- Ensure the accomplishment of organizational unit objectives by managing staff;
planning and evaluating organizational unit activities. - Define objectives, identifies, and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of
action, and evaluates outcomes. - Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual
budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. - Support with strategic problems resolution and subjective decision making.
- Supervise the entire work done by the team members and making sure it is completed on time without any delay.
- Lead the team to complete tasks and meet goals through delegation of responsibilities and supervising business operations.
- Set the vision and motivation of the team in order to achieve the sought objectives
efficiently. - Set appropriate and achievable deadlines.
- Track and report critical organizational unit performance results and escalate and
negotiate business related issues to senior management. - Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the
organization's long-term objectives, outlining clear goals, metrics, and success criteria. - Lead the identification and evaluation of potential strategic partners across various
sectors, including suppliers, vendors, customers, and industry collaborators, to broaden the organization's capabilities and reach. - Oversee the negotiation, creation, and execution of partnership agreements and
contracts, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance and mutually beneficial terms. - Implement robust performance measurement systems and KPIs to evaluate the
effectiveness of existing partnerships, making data-driven adjustments to optimize
outcomes. - Establish and nurture relationships with key partners, acting as the primary point of
contact and ensuring a deep understanding of partner needs and objectives. - Foster collaboration and alignment between internal teams and external partners,
facilitating effective communication, joint problem-solving, and synergy. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to allocate resources, budgets, and talent
effectively to support partnership initiatives. - Identify and address potential risks associated with partnerships, developing and
implementing risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's interests. - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any other similar field.
- Above 12 years of experience in related field including 6 years in a leadership role.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or any other similar field.
