One of our prestigious clients is looking to hire a Partnership Management Director, with 12+ years of experience In the Shipbuilding industry who will be responsible for but not limited to:

Job Overview

Oversee the development, implementation, and management of the company's partnership strategies. Thus, fostering and optimizing strategic alliances to drive growth, expand market reach, and enhance organization's competitive edge and capabilities.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Align division goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy while maintaining awareness of commercial and business objectives.
• Ensure the accomplishment of organizational unit objectives by managing staff;
  planning and evaluating organizational unit activities.
• Define objectives, identifies, and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of
  action, and evaluates outcomes.
• Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual
  budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Support with strategic problems resolution and subjective decision making.

Managerial Responsibilities

• Supervise the entire work done by the team members and making sure it is completed on time without any delay.
• Lead the team to complete tasks and meet goals through delegation of responsibilities and supervising business operations.
• Set the vision and motivation of the team in order to achieve the sought objectives
  efficiently.
• Set appropriate and achievable deadlines.
• Track and report critical organizational unit performance results and escalate and
  negotiate business related issues to senior management.
• Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Functional Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the
  organization's long-term objectives, outlining clear goals, metrics, and success criteria.
• Lead the identification and evaluation of potential strategic partners across various
  sectors, including suppliers, vendors, customers, and industry collaborators, to broaden the organization's capabilities and reach.
• Oversee the negotiation, creation, and execution of partnership agreements and
  contracts, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance and mutually beneficial terms.
• Implement robust performance measurement systems and KPIs to evaluate the
  effectiveness of existing partnerships, making data-driven adjustments to optimize
  outcomes.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key partners, acting as the primary point of
  contact and ensuring a deep understanding of partner needs and objectives.
• Foster collaboration and alignment between internal teams and external partners,
  facilitating effective communication, joint problem-solving, and synergy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to allocate resources, budgets, and talent
  effectively to support partnership initiatives.
• Identify and address potential risks associated with partnerships, developing and
  implementing risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's interests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any other similar field.
• Above 12 years of experience in related field including 6 years in a leadership role.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration or any other similar field.
