- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to streamline operations, increase productivity, and enhance the customer experience.
- Identify and leverage appropriate technologies to optimize retail processes, such as inventory management systems or customer relationship management tools.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new management employees, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with company values and culture.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on the effective use of the ERP system.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to retail employees in utilizing the ERP system effectively, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in organizational development, process improvement, and project management within the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of policy and procedure development, quality assurance, and compliance in a retail setting.
- Experience in conducting internal audits and implementing corrective actions to drive operational excellence.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency in a retail environment.
- Native Arabic Speaker with Fluency in the English language.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
