The group is specialized in mobile Value Added Services, Digital Communications and Customer Engagement Solutions

The Role

Responsibilities:

1. Daily RBT testing all channels including RBT app functionality
2. All services reports update.
3. Correspondence with all content partners for the content upload and review related issues
4. Reviewing RBT content uploaded by CP's on daily basis.
5. Keeping record of the approved RBT content and ensure with partners to modify the content on expiry if the content have a renewed copyright.
6. RBT campaigns tracking for all channels and review the campaign response
7. Coordination with the mobile operator technical and commercial team for any issues in the channels and ensure their 100% functionality
8. Maintaining all RBT related report including RBT revenue reports, Daily count reports
9. Coordination with the mobile operator financial team for invoicing approvals and process
10. Maintaining the record of all the Revenue reports of the partners and their invoice clearance.
11. Analyze VAS content on performance and advertisements
12. Manage and market content across operators, 3rd party, Solution provider, and Content Providers, building opportunity to generate revenue
13. Establish projects and create planning / feasibility study for opening new business opportunities with the Mobile Operators or third parties
14. Monitor and analyze performance against lead targets and other marketing goals and make continual recommendations for optimization and growth
15. Establish activities on VAS with the mobile operators or 3rd parties that will increase and generate revenue.

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, telecom, computer science or related field

Language: English, Arabic and Urdu

Experience in VAS and RBT

Good knowledge of working on content (RBT, video, audio, images, and etc...)

A wide degree of creativity and coordination with the company's concerned department
