    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a Junior Strategist to join our team and contribute to the firm's strategic planning and execution. In this role, you will play a key part in our growth and expansion initiatives, working on market analysis, strategy development, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance our position in the consulting industry.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough research on market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
    • Analyze competitive strategies within the industry to gain insights and inform our own strategic approach.
    • Support the development and implementation of strategic plans, working closely with senior strategists and leaders.
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure strategic alignment across the organization.
    • Prepare reports and presentations that communicate strategic insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Assist in the management and coordination of strategic projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
    • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in strategic planning to continually enhance our strategies.

    Requirements

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum internship or part-time experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or a related area is beneficial.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
    • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for strategic thinking and problem-solving.
    • Participation in workshops, seminars, or courses related to business strategy and analysis.
    • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in strategic planning
    • Preferred to have certificates in strategy or business analysis
    • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
