    Responsibilities:

    1. ProcurementPlanning: Develop procurement strategies and plansfor electrical components and equipment based on projectrequirements and budgetconstraints.
    2. SupplierManagement: Identify evaluate and select reliablesuppliers of electrical materials. Negotiate contracts andagreements to ensure favorable terms andconditions.
    3. MaterialSourcing: Source and procure electrical componentsequipment and materials from approved suppliers. Maintainrelationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolveany issues that may arise.
    4. CostControl: Monitor and control procurement costs toensure adherence to project budgets. Identify opportunities forcost savings through supplier negotiations alternative sourcing orvalue engineering.
    5. QualityAssurance: Ensure that all procured electricalmaterials meet the required quality standards and specifications.Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections asnecessary.
    6. InventoryManagement: Coordinate with project teams to manageinventory levels of electrical materials minimizing excessinventory while ensuring adequate supply to meet projectdemands.
    7. Documentation andReporting: Maintain accurate records of procurementactivities including purchase orders invoices and suppliercontracts. Generate reports on procurement performance includingcost savings delivery performance and supplierperformance.
    8. Compliance:Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well asrelevant industry regulations and standards. Stay informed aboutmarket trends technological advancements and regulatory changesaffecting the electrical procurementprocess.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Electrical Engineering or relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in procurement andsupply chain management preferably in the electricalindustry.
    • Strong understanding of electricalcomponents equipment and systems.
    • Excellentnegotiation and communication skills.
    • Abilityto work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiplepriorities.
    • Proficiency in procurement softwareand Microsoft OfficeSuite.
