• Participate in the development andrefinement of SWPC's overall vision and strategy, andcontribute to the overall process of corporate management anddecision-making to ensure the organization achieves its short,medium- and long-term objectives.
• Inconjunction with the CEO and the VPs, direct the implementation ofthe divisional strategy and ensure that the overall businessstrategy is translated into annual operational business plans forthe Transaction Management division, in line with SWPC'svision, mission, and corporateobjectives.
• Provide overall direction for theachievement of divisional objectives through effective leadershipand by setting individual objectives, as well as developing andmotivating team to maximize performance and to provideopportunities for growth.
