An Executive Pastry Chef isresponsible for operating the pastry section of the kitchen todeliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while planningproduction and developing seasonal offerings.

What will I be doing

As an Executive Pastry Chef you are responsible foroperating the pastry section of the kitchen while working closelywith the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to deliver an excellent Guestand Member experience. An Executive Pastry Chef will also berequired to plan production and develop seasonal offerings.Specifically you will be responsible for performing the followingtasks to the highest standards:

• Assist running the pastry section of the kitchen
• Ensure excellent quality throughout the dessertofferings
• Bring creativity to the pastryofferings
• Supervise and coordinate all pastryand dessert preparation and presentation
• Planproduction to facilitate daily requirements
• Develop appropriate seasonal menu offerings
• Manage food cost controls to contribute to Food andBeverage revenue
• Ensure compliance with foodhygiene and Health and Safety regulations

• A minimum of 2 years as a Pastry Chef dePartie or Pastry Chef Experience with high volume foodproduction

• A current valid and relevant trade qualification (proofmay be required)

• Committedto delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
• Excellent planning and organising skills
