    For this bid we are seeking a Head of Stations Asset ManagementDeutsche Bahn's expertise is in high demand all around the world.   • Control the Contractors' asset management activities related to stations
  • Development and execution of knowledge transfer for all asset management related disciplines
  • Overseeing the asset management plan for all stations, ensuring they are safe, functional, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaboration with various departments to enable and enhance continuing passenger experience.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports related to rolling stock asset management.
  • Qualifications:
  • Min. 10 years in in rail industry
  • Min. 5 years in leadership position
  • Min. 10 years in a similar position
  • International experience, preference GCC
  • English (fluent), Arabic (preferred), German (preferred)
  • MS office, MS Project, MS Sharepoint, IBM Maximo and similar tools
  • Willingness to sign a local contract with the KSA branch
