For this bid we are seeking a Head of Stations Asset ManagementDeutsche Bahn's expertise is in high demand all around the world. Control the Contractors' asset management activities related to stations

Development and execution of knowledge transfer for all asset management related disciplines

Overseeing the asset management plan for all stations, ensuring they are safe, functional, and provide excellent customer service.

Collaboration with various departments to enable and enhance continuing passenger experience.

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports related to rolling stock asset management.

Qualifications:

Min. 10 years in in rail industry

Min. 5 years in leadership position

Min. 10 years in a similar position

International experience, preference GCC

English (fluent), Arabic (preferred), German (preferred)

MS office, MS Project, MS Sharepoint, IBM Maximo and similar tools

Willingness to sign a local contract with the KSA branch
