The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting senior project managers in organizing various projects.     Responsibilities

    • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agenda, and meeting minutes.
    • Monitor project progress and update project status reports.
    • Develop and maintain project documentations and follow-up on action items.
    • Facilitate communication between project team members.
    • Ensure project risks and issues are identified, communicated and documented appropriately.
    • Prepare presentations for project-related discussions.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
    • A minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in project coordination.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
