LINQM is looking for a Medical DeviceEngineer.

Write, Develop, execute experiments and tests,create, validate, and improve product designs and Ownership in theprocess validation in (IQ - Installation Qualification) (OQ -Operation Qualification) (PQ - Performance Qualification) includingevaluation of source materials and suppliers) and manufacturingprocesses/methods based on engineering principles; analyze results,make recommendations, and develop reports.

80% Develop, update, andmaintain technical content of risk management files 10% Identifyopportunities for re-design/design of basic equipment, tools,fixtures, etc. to improve manufacturing processes, and reducerisk.
Assign support tasks; gives instruction totechnicians on conducting tests; trains technicians and providesfeedback. 10% Other incidental duties assigned byLeadership

Skills:
Proficiency in CAD (experiencein SolidWorks preferred) Good computer skills in usage of MS OfficeSuite Experience with inspection methods and tools Basicdocumentation, communication, and interpersonal relationship skillsBasic understanding of statistical techniques Previous experienceworking with lab/industrial equipment preferred Good understandingand knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant toEngineering Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical andcritical thinking skills Good understanding of processes andequipment used in assigned work Knowledge of and adherence toQuality systems Strict attention to detail Ability to interactprofessionally with all organizational levels Ability to managecompeting priorities in a fast paced environment Must be able towork in a team environment, including immediate supervisor andother team members in the section or group Ability to build stableworking relationshipsinternally
