    ABOUT THE ROLE &TEAM:

    • The SeniorAccount Manager is accountable for driving all sales activities asper short and longterm objectives formulating strategic directionfor the growth of the account owning and managing Tier 2 accountsup to 4 Tier 2accounts.

    WHAT YOUWILL DO

    • Drive allsales activities as per short and longtermobjectives.
    • Formulate strategic direction forthe growth of the account.
    • Own and manage Tier2 accounts up to 4 Tier 2 accounts.
    • Supportand coach the (virtual) team involved in account management toensure sustainable and profitable growth develop and implement adocumented business plan that is in line with short and longtermgoals.
    • Develop maintain and execute ongoingAccount Development Plans reviews to ensure full alignment focusand quality on priorities that all growth potential is identifiedand addressed and that all resources are fully aligned andeffectively collaborate in achieving their objectives Engage withrelevant stakeholders to identify develop and implement growthstrategies.
    • Manage and build relationshipswith clients become the trusted advisor/consultant forthem.
    • Ensure customer loyalty and highestlevel of customer satisfaction Gain deep understanding of thecustomers business needs and use this to identify opportunities andplan for the continued development of SITAsbusiness.
    • Create opportunities to provide aunique or contrarian perspective during conversations align uniqueinsights to customer priorities and reframe the way customers viewtheir business.
    • Build sales pipeline forfuture growth with close collaboration with Marketing for demandgeneration and ensuring qualified marketing leads are converted tosales accepted leads for pipeline growth.
    • Ensure sales forecasts are accurate and uptodate and all customerrequests are dealt with and services delivered as per agreedschedule.
    • Build and manage a virtual team ofindividuals in Business Development Solution Design CommercialManagement Bid Management Pricing Management functions etc.effectively delegate and allocate work develop team and achievehighest alignment morale and engagement; coach individuals tosupport their growth and development
    • Identifyresource needs from other functions plan and engage resourcesmanage the team effectively.
    • Proactivelymanage purchase decisions to shorten sales cycle and communicatekey economic drivers macro and microeconomic trends internally toincrease awareness and adopt to new situations also externally toclients to address potential new businessopportunities.
    • Ensure full compliance in allinternal and external dimensions of thebusiness.
    • Support cash collection relatedactivities by taking lead or resolving commercial issues that maycause nonpayment.
    • Develop and implement astrategic sales plan to expand the airport and government businesssectors in KSA in line with the companys overall objectives andtargets.
    • has a solid understanding of ATIbusiness across Government Sector (Border Management) AirportTransportation Industry Maritime Railways etc. forKSA.
    • Has strong existing CLevel relationshipsin key T&T markets across KSA.
    • Representing and promote the company at various community and/orbusiness meetings.
    • Supervising the preparationissuance and delivery of sales materials presentationsetc
    • Adhere to all company policies proceduresand business ethic codes.
    • Communicateeffectively with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needsand align with evolving technologies.
    • Ensureadherence to coding guidelines technical processes and bestpractices.
    • Participate in requirementsanalysis and design sessions driving the development of newapplicationfeatures.
    Qualifications:

    Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales function preferably withinATI or IT sector.
    • Experience in buildingclient relationships at Senior Executive and Senior Manager leveland achieving revenue growth of the clientportfolio.
    • Achieving or exceeding salestargets.
    • Managing sales in large and complexdeals including financial structuring negotiations andclosing.
    • Proven successful experience inbusiness development pipeline management in large turnoverenvironment.
    • Experience in facilitating anddriving account development plans.
    • Positivecustomer service experience
    • Attention todetail: DetailFocused Check Being Precise (Able to zoom in todetail quickly and accurately / Checks information and picks upinconsistencies and mistakes / Can make detailed comparisonsbetween similar sources).
