The Role
We are seeking an experiencedOperations Manager to oversee the heavy equipment rental operationsin the construction industry. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for managing the daytoday operations ensuring equipmentavailability and delivering exceptional customer service. This rolewill be based in Dammam Saudi Arabia and offers an excitingopportunity to lead and grow within a dynamic constructionenvironment. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of theheavy equipment rental department including equipment maintenancelogistics and customer service Develop and implement strategies tooptimize equipment utilization and minimize downtime Ensurecompliance with safety regulations and industry standards forequipment operation and maintenance Manage a team of rentalcoordinators technicians and support staff providing leadershipguidance and performance management Collaborate with sales andbusiness development teams to identify opportunities for equipmentexpansion and rental growth Maintain relationships with equipmentsuppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery ofrental assets Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)to track operational efficiency and identify areas for improvementConduct regular inspections of rental equipment to ensure qualitystandards and readiness for customer use Handle customer inquiriesrequests and issue resolution to ensure high levels of customersatisfaction Prepare operational reports budgets and forecasts forsenior management review

Requirements

• Proven experience (10 years) in asimilar role within the heavy equipment rental or constructionindustry Strong leadership and people management skills with theability to motivate and develop a diverse team Indepth knowledge ofheavy equipment types functionality and maintenance requirementsFamiliarity with safety regulations and best practices forequipment operation and workplace safety Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to build strongrelationships with customers suppliers and internal stakeholdersStrategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities foroperational improvement and growth Proficiency in using operationalmanagement software and tools for tracking reporting and analysisBachelors degree in engineering business administration or arelated field (MBA or relevant certifications are aplus)
