JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced HSSE Manager to oversee our Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) programs across all of our operations. As the HSSE Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HSSE strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees, protect company assets, and comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices. Your role will be critical in fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated HSSE management system that aligns with international standards and best practices
• Establish and communicate clear HSSE goals, objectives, and performance targets throughout the organization
• Lead the development and implementation of HSSE policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to HSSE professionals within the organization
• Monitor and evaluate HSSE performance and develop improvement plans as necessary
• Oversee incident and accident investigations and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented
• Develop and deliver HSSE training programs to promote a culture of safety and security awareness
• Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, clients, and industry associations
• Stay current with industry trends and developments, and proactively identify emerging HSSE issues and concerns
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSSE management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
• Professional certification in HSSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is strongly preferred
• Extensive knowledge of HSSE regulations, standards, and best practices
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
