    Education and Technical Skills:Bachelor's degree in engineering or financial fields withcomplementary experience in cost management. Strong skills in dataanalysis and financial mathematics.

    WorkExperience: At least 5 years of experience in cost estimating orcost management in the appropriateindustry.

    Technical knowledge: Excellentknowledge of cost analysis methods and tools, and a goodunderstanding of production or industrial processes and financialprocesses.

    Management skills: Ability tocommunicate effectively with multiple teams, manage projects, andstrategically plan costs.
