JobDuties:

• TroubleshootHVAC equipment and systems that are not working and replace partsthat are
  
• Perform preventivemaintenance on all types of HVAC equipment to verify proper currentoperation and to watch for potential problems on behalf of our
  
• Act as a trusted adviser torecommend appropriate repairs and upgrades to ourcustomers
  
• Discuss pricing, value,and advantages of recommended appropriate repairs andupgrades
  
• Perform related work as
  
• Understanding andtroubleshooting knowledge of thefollowing:
  • Roof topunits
    
  • Coolingtower
    
  • HeatPumps
    
  • Airconditioners
    
  • Hydroponicsystems
    
  • Geothermalunits
    
  • Gas Furnaces & gasboilers
    
  • Oil furnaces and oilboilers
    
  • Water heaters of allvarieties
    
• Buildstrong customer relationships and build knowledge and understandingof new and existing customerneeds/expectations
  
• Member of anon-call HVACrotation
  

Requirements

• Minimum3 yrs experience specific to the HVACindustry
  
• Knowledge of the theory,methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the
  
• Possess your own basic hand
  
• Ability to read, understand, andwork from specifications and
  
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, orstand, lift and move heavy
