    RiseRelay, a premier recruitment firm, is partnering with a leading client in the technology sector to identify a dynamic and results-driven Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) Business Development Manager.

    As the UAV Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will play a key role in driving the growth of the company and promoting UAV solutions to clients in the public security, defence, and intelligence sectors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders such as government officials, military personnel, and industry partners
    • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
    • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and threats
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to the management team
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer requirements
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts
    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling
    • Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports and updates to senior management


    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Defense Studies).
    • Proven track record in business development and account management within the defense sector.
    • Extensive knowledge of unmanned air vehicle technologies, systems, and operations.
    • Strong understanding of defense procurement processes, regulations, and national security requirements.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at senior levels.
    • Strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
