    Responsibilities:

    1-Fleet Management:

    Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's fleet, including vehicle allocation, utilization, and maintenance.

    Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and overall fleet efficiency.

    Develop strategies to optimize fleet utilization, minimize downtime, and reduce operational costs.

    Maintain accurate records of vehicle information, including registration, insurance, maintenance history, and repairs.

    2-Vehicle Maintenance:

    Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs for the fleet vehicles.

    Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards by conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.

    Coordinate with external service providers and suppliers for vehicle repairs, parts procurement, and related services.

    Monitor vehicle warranties and ensure timely servicing and repairs to minimize downtime.

    3-Fleet Logistics and Scheduling:

    Coordinate and plan vehicle routes, schedules, and assignments based on operational needs and customer requirements.

    Optimize routes to enhance efficiency, reduce fuel consumption, and meet delivery deadlines.

    Monitor and track vehicle movements using tracking systems or software.

    Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and address any issues or emergencies during operations.

    4-Compliance and Documentation:

    Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to vehicle registration, licensing, permits, and inspections.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to fleet operations, including vehicle records, maintenance logs, and driver logs.

    Prepare reports on fleet performance, maintenance expenses, fuel consumption, and other relevant metrics.

    Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to track and reconcile fleet-related expenses.

    5-Team Management and Training:

    Supervise and provide guidance to fleet personnel, such as drivers, mechanics, and administrative staff.

    Conduct training sessions on safe driving practices, vehicle maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

    Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field (preferred).

    · Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or a similar role.

    · Strong knowledge of fleet operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

    · Familiarity with fleet management software and tracking systems.

    · Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    · Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

    · Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    · Attention to detail and accuracy.

    · Valid driver's license.
