Responsibilities:

1. Food and Beverage Expertise: Requires extensive experience in opening new restaurant branches with a strong focus on quality-driven operations and financial returns.
2. Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with the Kuwait office and work closely with the GM to oversee and execute strategic plans for market expansion and branch openings.
3. Functional Expertise: Demonstrate understanding of various functions including marketing, finance, and operations for effective day-to-day management.
4. Local Market Insight: Possess essential knowledge of the local market in Riyadh to adapt strategies and ensure successful market penetration.
5. Team Building: Develop a team and organizational structure based on the provided plan and budget for efficient operations and expansion.
6. Execution Oversight: Oversee the execution of the Saudi market strategy, ensuring collaborative efforts with GM and adherence to plans.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Proven experience in opening and managing restaurant branches, ideally in a multinational context.
2. Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, with a focus on collaborative strategy development.
3. Adaptability: Ability to adapt strategies formulated from the Kuwait office to the local market in Riyadh.
4. Leadership: Strong leadership skills, including team building, hiring, and effective management of day-to-day operations.
5. Location: Residing in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
