The QA Engineer – CRM & ERP (FinTech) role involves ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of enterprise CRM and ERP applications within a FinTech environment.Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute test strategies and test cases for CRM and ERP systems.
- Perform functional integration regression testing UAT testing validate integrations between CRM finance modules external systems develop maintain automated test scripts where applicable identify document prioritize track defects until closure collaborate developers business analysts product owners support release cycles deployment validation post-release testing ensure compliance security audit regulatory requirements prepare QA documentation test reports release sign-off artifacts continuously improve QA processes tools methodologies.
