    About the job:

    Tamheer program is an on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates. Tamheer aims at training Saudi graduate holders at international organizations and outstanding companies in order for them to gain experience and skills to prepare them for full time employment. We are intended for graduates who have bachelor's degree, and that have not been employed during the last six months.

    We are ( CARE ) looking for fresh graduates for Tamheer opportunity in Human Resources as HR Officer.

    We are seeking an HR trainee to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be focused on learning and developing their career within the HR industry. Ideally, the successful candidate will have excellent organization skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. The core focus of the role will be to provide support to the HR team whilst developing and growing your existing skills to effectively apply them to the role and future duties.

    Responsibilities :

    Create engaging job adverts that attract applicants and sharing across all relevant job portals.

    Create longlists of matching candidates to review with the TA team.

    Screen and schedule interviews for relevant candidates -Share feedback and updates with active candidates & recruiters.

    Provide support on other HR projects that include talent acquisition as and when required.

    Point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries.‎

    Organize and maintain employee records.

    Communicating proactively with the HR team to ensure HR administration services are actioned within ‎the defined delivery expectations and tasks are prioritized accordingly.

    Working within an HR Shared Services environment; acting as one team, sharing knowledge and ‎expertise to deliver the highest standards.

    Provide timely, accurate, and effective administrative support to the HR team and wider business.

    Advising Payroll of all employee changes (new starters, leavers, salary changes etc) in a timely ‎manner.

    Provides full support with the onboarding process.

    Manages leaver's process and ensures smooth exit for the employees.

    Other general administrative duties required by the HR Business Partner and HR Leadership ‎Team.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or Business Administrations.
    • Should be a Saudi national.
    • Should not have been employed or registered in GOSI for the last six months.
    • Should not be currently employed or studying.
    • Should not have previously participated in the Tamheer program.
