Job Brief

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas of improvement, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

Conduct business process analysis to identify areas of improvement

Develop and implement solutions to enhance business processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop project plans

Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions

Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
