- Commercial management of projects/assigned operations together with the Technical Project Manager from contract award to handover to customer, completion of all Contractual obligations and project deliverables.
- Support in monitoring, analyzing and controlling of projects in project dash or any other applicable tool.
- Support in completing all planning, controlling, reporting, and other related business administration activities including financial analysis of key figures Budget v/s Forecast v/s Actuals.
- Support in various projects like process efficiency / simplification, digital transformation, Mergers and Acquisition finance work stream in coordination with key Central finance functions like accounting, Risk and Internal Control, Tax & also with Business Area Finance teams.
- Collaborate with Finance Region and HQ coordinators for all the planning & reporting requirements.
- Coordination with GBS (Outsourcing: Service Provider) on all non-core BA Controlling topics like handling ISA's/TSA's/SLA (cost charging agreements) for agreed inter-company charges, align charges with receiver countries & ensure timely charging's.
- Ensure appropriate master data set up to record and report costs for various Field of Actions.
- Support project management team with preparation/calculations of project charges , hourly rate, work days rates etc.
- Monthly reconciliation of Balance Sheet and to take vital measures for corrections
- Proactively identification of Risks and taking vital measures to mitigate these identified risks.
- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Business administration or similar. Master's degree or accounting certifications would be advantageous
- Very good English skills, further languages are a plus
- Having a very good command in English language
- Strong negotiation skills
- Self-starting, assertive and a creative problem solver.
- Ability to tackle challenges on adhoc basis and willingness to overcome with brainstorming and team work.
- You are a result-oriented team player with a focus on accuracy, quality, and timeliness with a pro-active & solution-oriented attitude.
- SAP (ERP) user knowledge is an added advantage.
