Manage and develop facilities in fields of mechanical electrical and plumbing fire fighting fire alarm CCTV generator elevator access control announcement system contractors to meet policies ensure employees safety satisfaction security manage HQ space planning meet Nahdis expansion leading renovations projects accommodate workspace standards safety elements lead enhance improve HSSE within Head office oversee companys grounds buildings equipment ensure workspace safe functional negotiate contracts service providers inspect facilities meet safety regulations coordinate renovations updates.
Responsibilities
- Lead employees awareness safety procedures conducting trainings prevent injuries emergency situations conduct trainings external providers communicate departments representatives maintain safe working environment Nahdi employees control procedure maintaining Firefighting Fire alarm equipment devices system developing daily checklists SOPs ensure effectiveness firefighting system performance lead ensure Nahdi facilities government regulations environmental health safety standards obtain necessary governmental license operating building.
