    Job Description

    Review analyze and approve the daily requests of the Inventory Planners to ensure the store readiness, shelf availability, and distribution center capacity and store inventory target and quality covering Nahdi divisions. Ensure the coverage of the Communication Officers field visits to Nahdi stores.

    Accountabilities

    • Leading the implementation of store Inventory optimization strategies that ensure achieving corporate financial KPIs (sales, shelf availability and inventory) for ALL NMC stores.
    • Review and approve the business sectors' replenishment parameters for ALL Nahdi store inventory based on the review of the analysis and quantifications received from the business sectors to ensure store readiness, shelf availability, and distribution center capacity and store inventory target and quality.
    • Manage and monitor the development of annual DC order plans (lines/ Units / Value) per DC, considering periodic events (Ramadan, seasonal promotions, etc.) to ensure having better manpower planning, smooth DC's operation and optimized operation cost in an efficient manner to drive corporate sales targets.
    • Approve the reviewed sales forecast based on the comparison of the reviewed sales forecast with the system sales forecast and the sales targets to ensure presentable forecasted demand which affect the shelf availability and the buying decisions.
    • Report any discrepancies, areas of improvements and recommendations in regards to the check points, core replenishment parameters, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and processes to the Inventory Development Manager to ensure operations enhancement.
    • Participate in the periodic business review meetings with the concerned stakeholders through the preparation of the presentations, analysis, and recommended actions in order to present the divisions' replenishment performance.
    • Conduct field visits to Nahdi stores and the distribution centers based on visits schedule in order to validate the replenishment parameters, to enhance the communication and gather feedback to develop the corrective actions.
    • Manage the performance of the assigned team through monitoring the KPIs achievement, coaching, following up any obstacles, provide performance feedback and conversations, to ensure the achievement of the set objectives.

    Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
