• You should hold a PMP, PgMP, or an equivalent certification.
• A minimum of 20 years of project management experience in the refining and petrochemical industries, specializing in Petrochemicals. This includes 7 years of managerial experience in projects with values ranging from $500 million to billions.
• You must possess expertise in Engineering Design & Construction phases and have a deep knowledge of international codes, standards, and specifications.
• Proficiency in analyzing contract documents, project execution plans, change management, and project schedules.
• Knowledge of scheduling principles and recovery methods.
• Mastery of cash flow distribution, resource planning, crisis management, and a proactive approach to project enhancements and cost savings.
  
  

• Lead capital projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage and guide the project team for successful project completion.
• Apply expertise in Petrochemical projects throughout all project phases.
• Provide technical and project management oversight from design to project closeout.
• Resolve project issues promptly and ensure safety measures are in place.
• Implement company initiatives and achieve Key Performance Indicators.
• Prepare and review project performance reports, anticipate scope changes, and assign manpower.
• Maintain records, negotiate agreements, and uphold standards.
• Oversee the entire project development process.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and contractor performance, attending relevant project meetings.
