• Ensure that no rate discrepancy
• Assisting in the night report
• Use Idea s and Resa web
• Coordinate with others respective department
• Implement all Accor Offers and ensure that the rate code is created
• Know how to increase and or decrease the rates on the system
• Update our revenue consultant with any group reservation with the rates offered
• Ensure that all reservation have a clear payment
