    The Senior Specialist, Document Control is responsible for managing the organization's document control system and records retention policies.

    The primary duties of this position include organizing, maintaining, and tracking all documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the organization's quality management system.

    The Senior Specialist, Document Control will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation, while continuously improving processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as information management or business administration
    • 3+ years of experience in document control or records management
    • In-depth knowledge of document control systems and records retention policies
    • Manage the organization's document control system and records retention policies
    • Develop and maintain document control procedures and processes
    • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
    • Maintain confidentiality and security of all documents
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation
    • Continuously improve processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
    • Provide training and support to staff on document control processes and procedures
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
    • Maintain an electronic database of all documents and records
    • Ensure all documents are properly archived and disposed of according to retention policies
