    Legal Manager

    Location:Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

    Experience: 4-6 Years of experience in logistics and real estate laws

    Education: BSc in Law, Master's degree is preferred

    Languages: Bilingual - English and Arabic (mandatory)

    Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities

    • Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to senior management on matters related to real estate acquisitions, leases, property development, logistics operations, and regulatory compliance and employment legal matters.
    • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, including purchase agreements, leases, supply chain agreements, transportation contracts, and employment contracts.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with zoning regulations, environmental laws, and other legal requirements affecting real estate and logistics activities.
    • Develop and implement legal strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives in the real estate and logistics sectors.
    • Stay current with changes in laws and regulations that may impact real estate and logistics operations and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders.
    • Lead due diligence activities for real estate transactions and logistics partnerships.
