Interior / FF&E Director - Hospitality

Urgently seeking a Interior / FF&E Director to work for a leading master developer based in Jeddah, KSA, this person must have a strong background in the hospitality industry.

As a key player in the development of luxury and innovative projects, you will be working for a company committed to delivering world-class experiences that redefine standards in the real estate sector.

Position Overview:

This dynamic Interior/FF&E Director who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of interior design and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) procurement for our high-profile hospitality projects. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience, creativity, and strategic thinking to elevate our developments to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement a comprehensive interior design and FF&E strategy aligned with the overall project vision and goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate interior design concepts seamlessly into the master development plan.

1. Project Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of interior designers, FF&E specialists, and consultants.

Oversee the conceptualization, planning, and execution of interior design elements, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.

1. Design Excellence:

Drive excellence in interior design by staying abreast of industry trends, innovative materials, and emerging technologies.

Ensure the delivery of unique, aesthetic, and functional designs that exceed client and market expectations.

1. FF&E Procurement:

Direct the FF&E procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.

Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the highest quality products are sourced within budget constraints.

1. Quality Assurance:

Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that the final designs and FF&E elements meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and durability.

1. Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of interior design elements with the overall project vision.

Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing interior design and FF&E for luxury hospitality projects.
3. Extensive knowledge of global design trends, materials, and furnishings.
4. Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. GCC experience is a plus
