    Overview:

    Responsible for promoting Ciscos Recurring Revenue including Software and Services to focused partners helping them to renew their potential opportunities and engage with End Customers through CX Lifecycle milestones.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop Cisco RO selling to focused partners and grab new business.
    • Manage Cisco RO opportunities between different stakeholders Cisco AM, Engaged Partner, etc.)
    • Present RO portfolio to focused partners and enhance existing relationships.
    • Enable focused partners on Cisco Customer Experience practice.
    • Ensure smooth Software/Subscription utilization for focused customers moving through customer lifecycle.
    • Help customers to achieve their business outcomes and follow up for future renewal opportunities.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
    • 1-3 Years of related experience in Information Technology market is a plus.
    • General Information Technology / Cisco Certifications is a plus.
