As an Internal Audit Directoryou will be responsible for leading and overseeing the internalaudit function within the organization. Your role will involvedesigning implementing and managing the internal audit program toensure the effectiveness of internal controls risk management andcompliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and implement the internal auditstrategy.
• Lead and manage a team of internalauditors.
• Identify and assess areas ofsignificant business risk.
• Plan execute andsupervise internal audits.
• Ensure compliancewith laws regulations and standards.
• Prepareand present audit findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with business units to improve processes andcontrols.
• Monitor the implementation of auditrecommendations.
• Leverage audit software andtools for efficiency.
• Promote an ethicalculture within the organization

Knowledge Skills andExperience

We Are LookingFor:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance BusinessEngineering or related field; Masters degree or professionalcertification (e.g. CIA CISA CPA) is preferred.
• Proven experience in internal auditing with a minimum of15 years of relevant experience including leadershiproles.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standardsinternal controls and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto work collaboratively across departments.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in audit software and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of relevant laws regulations and industrystandards.
