Responsibilities:

Data Management:
- Gather and document data from various sources including databases APIs and manual entries.
- Create and maintain comprehensive data dictionaries and business glossaries to ensure clear understanding of data definitions and usage.
- Implement data quality checks and processes to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies.
- Monitor data pipelines and systems for performance and stability.
Data Analysis:
- Conduct basic exploratory data analysis using tools like Excel Google Sheets or Tableau.
- Calculate key metrics and identify trends to support business objectives.
- Create basic reports and visualizations to communicate data insights effectively.
- Assist senior data analysts with more complex analysis projects.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate data findings and recommendations to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements.
- Document processes and procedures clearly and concisely.

Bachelors degree in Data Science Management Information Systems Business Analytics or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in basic data analysis tools (Power BI Excel Google Sheets etc.).
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL (a plus).
Passion for learning and staying current with emerging data trends and technologies.
