We are looking for a full-timeCustomer Service Excel Expert who is a Superstar that worksautonomously in partnering with clients - pre and after careservice covering onboarding, training, after care support;improving and maintaining the Ultimate Sourcing Sheet (USS); anddeveloping strategic objectives through planning and, monitoringand appraising job results.
We operatea range of services to support our customers in running eCommercestores, selling on the Amazon marketplace. We have two coreproducts, one a lead service that provides information on where tofind a product that you can buy low, resell high, for a profit onthe Amazon marketplace. The second service is a recruitment andtraining service for virtual assistants to work within other Amazonseller s businesses.
Over the last year, wehave nearly doubled our headcount over the previous six months, andthis shows no signs of slowing down as we expand into the USAmarket.
All our content, services andproducts are educational based around training and supporting ourclients in selling on the Amazon marketplaces which is separate tothis.
