    Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

    Position Objective:

    looking for 2 Senior Professionals with 10 years of work experience as a Business System Analyst in an IT Application (SDLC) development environment to interact with Senior stakeholders like Directors, IT heads, and Product Managers.

    A minimum of 5 years or 5 projects in any of the Saudi ministries (Government Sector) is a must to have and a notice period shall not be more than 30 days.

    Job Description & Responsibilities:


    • Meeting and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements.


    • Requirement Gathering, Requirement Mapping, Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs and SRSs.


    • Creating a detailed business and requirement analysis outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.


    • Evaluating, analyzing, and maintaining systems requirements.


    • Performing detailed functional and non-functional solution requirements specifications.


    • Collaborating with the UX team to ensure UX designs align completely with the documented business requirements.


    • Supporting developers and QC engineers by clarifying requirements or business concerns raised anytime within the development lifecycle.


    • Supporting the Product Manager in product positioning, release planning, and vision/roadmap creation/update.


    • Demonstrating the solution scope, business value, solution design, requirements, and identified risks to concerned stakeholders.


    • Developing, analyzing, prioritizing, and organizing requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.


    • Defining and coordinating the execution of testing procedures and developing test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process.


    • Translating highly technical specifications into precise non-technical requirements.


    • Providing documentation of all processes and training as needed.


    • Implementing the best practices needed for well-established and developed scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.

    Qualifications & Experience:


    • Bachelor or Master of Information Technology or Computer Science.


    • Minimum 10 years of professional experience with a Minimum 10 project experience as a Business System Analyst to qualify.


    • Ideally to be a Native Arabic Speaker and Locally Available in KSA.


    • Min 5 projects while Representing the solutions that were implemented.


    • Min 7 years in contributing/guiding the IT Application Development Projects Large and complex.


    • Min 3 years working closely with IT Product Managers, UX team, and Testing.


    • Expertise in Understanding the scope objective by user interview, storyboarding, and documentation.


    • Expertise in Adequately addressing the stated requirements by Implementation planning, Key Milestones, Estimation, and plan of action.


    Must have experience in leading and collaborating with distributed teams and ensuring the delivery happens on time.
