• Responsible for full systems lifecycle from requirements' gathering through implementation of SAP Ariba (S2P) functional solutions, both Upstream (Sourcing , Contracts, SLP) and Downstream (Buying and Invoicing).
• Draft and issue RFIs, RFPs, RFQs & e-Auctions for Direct and Indirect spend
• Execute supplier lifecycle and performance management (onboarding, registration, qualification).
• Perform detailed vendor profiling across multiple categories for various industries.
• Sourcing new suppliers from the discovery tool.
• Provide user documentation and trainings to suppliers on RFx participations through phone and online calls.
• Maintain and continuously update suppliers' data.
• Run all different types of e-auctions and biddings.
• Master data management (user load activities, user permission setup, user group management).
• Build and configure templates according to Ariba best practice or as per the internal requirements.
• Configuration of approval flow (standard and custom approval flows).
• Responsible for monitoring and tracking the savings being generated from the online bidding.
• Configurating the required monthly reports.
• Responsible for presenting the spend analysis.
