Are you a passionate and experienced Italian chef ready to lead a team and elevate fine dining in Riyadh

We are seeking a talented and dedicated HEAD CHEF to join the team of a prestigious luxury dining destination in the heart of Riyadh.

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing exquisite Italian dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

Your Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff
Develop and implement seasonal menus featuring authentic Italian cuisine
Maintain high standards of quality and presentation
Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, hygiene, and safety
Manage inventory and order supplies
Control food costs and ensure profitability
Contribute to the creation of a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end Italian restaurant
Proven track record of creating and executing innovative and delicious Italian dishes
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure
