    JOB DUTIES STATEMENTS:

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Full responsibility about early intervention unit.
    • Evaluation for all early intervention unit children.
    • Apply portage measurement for early intervention unit children.
    • Apply IQ test for (school and early intervention unit) children.
    • Follow up all sessions related to early intervention unit as physical, occupational and speech therapy sessions.
    • Writing reports.
    • Communicate with parents and arrange appointment and organize schedule for intervention unit schedules.
    • Communicate with parents in the absence of the child and the Report of Directors.
    • Training new teacher in the early intervention unit.
    • Training mothers how to achieve the goal with their children.
    • Arrange monthly meeting for early intervention children mothers in the presence of the Center Director.
    • Participate in primary assessment of every child who joins the school or early intervention unit.
    • Make daily rounds in the classes and observe children behavior and make a plan to modify behavior for those who need and follow up the plan with teacher and parents.
    • Arrange meeting with parents and teacher to discuss ways for modify behavior.
    • Cooperate with other teachers.
    • Delivery reports and behavior modification plans to be submitted within 15 days.
    • Deliver the official papers of children to the teacher, for those who transfer from Early Intervention to the School.
    • Participate in all special events in the Center.
    • Documentation of all tasks.
    • All tasks/ job responsibilities instructed by the management shall be complied with.
    • Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as 'the patient is the center of our care'.

    Other Job Functions:

    • Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.
    • Adherence to all policies, plans and programs within the Fakeeh Care.
    • Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.
    • Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.
    • Maintain up to date knowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management and document management systems.

    OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES :

    • Computer literate

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Psychology

    Experience:

    1 year Experience

    Language:

    Arabic / English

    Required Licenses:

    SCFHS Registration.
