    Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

    About the Role:

    We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive sales activities within our Logistics and Transport division. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in the industry, with a strong track record in sales and business development. While a degree is not mandatory, a solid educational background and fluency in both English and Arabic are essential for this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned region.
    • Lead a team of sales professionals, setting objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and business drivers.
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
    • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers and manage key accounts.
    • Prepare and present reports on regional sales performance, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
    • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company-wide sales targets.
    • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the Logistics and Transport industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Fluency in English and Arabic.
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
    • High school diploma; higher education or relevant sales certifications are a plus.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
