• Developing,implementing, and evaluating projects in line with organizationalobjectives within the existing network andinfrastructure
  
• Validation/Installation of OS systems, updates, and patches related toperformance and securityrequirements
  
• Architectand manage application and database stack including optimization ofthe software to perform at the highest level of resiliency andredundancy as required to support a 24/7environment
  
• Identifyand remediate issues with vMotion, leveraging service data togenerate alerts and actionable responses
  
• Producingaccurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its lifecycle
  
• Administerpassword and policy for client based access, aligning accessprivileges with corporate policies in
  
• Serveas a link between the business and customers by activelycollaborating with stakeholders and senior business leaders toensure the scope and specifications of a system are documented andadheredto
  
• Provideinnovative and workable solutions to a wide range of technicalchallenges and businessopportunities

Requirements

• 10Years of infrastructure management and 5 years of programmanagementexperience
  
• Bachelors Degree or greater in Computer Science or relevant experience isrequired
  
• Extensiveknowledge of VMware ESXI and relatedtechnologies
  
• Extensiveexperience in managing high volume application and database systemsin a high availability
  
• Knowledgeof security best practices, network protocols and ability to deployproactively in a hosted VM
  
• VMwareCertified Professional or related certifications that demonstrate ahigh level of proficiency in virtualizedsystems
  
• Proficiencyin VMware associated programs and coding languages, such as WindowsServer, MS IIS, SAN architecture, WebSphere, Citrix, Python, andC++
  
• Capableof hands-on problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas andsolutions
  
• Extensiveknowledge of VMware ESXI and relatedtechnologies
  
• Excellentinterpersonal, communication, and presentationskills
  
• Abilityto work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multipleactivities at a time with multiple internal / external
