ORGANIZATION:Reportingto the Fleet Manager, you will be in charge of managing thetechnical and operational performanceof3-4Tankervessels.Your key role is to ensure the safe and efficient operations of thecompany s vessels, their routine and preventive maintenance, andthat all international marine requirements are complied

YOURRESPONSIBILITIES:

Technicalmanagement andoperations:Planning and allocation of resources, setting processes, andimplementing improvement plans in a rigorous and structured way forplanned and routine maintenance of the ships under your;

Health,Safety, and EnvironmentCompliance:Responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and compliantworking environment as per procedure and working towards qualityand continuous

Budgetmanagement:Take full responsibility for the budgets of assigned Liaise closelywith the technical, purchasing, and finance teams to ensure thebudget is within the agreed ; Manage dry-docking of the vesselswithin allotted budget

Humancapital development and Peoplemanagement:Development of performing crew teams (onshore and on-board) with astrong focus on quality, safety, operations, and technical Lead,manage, and motivate the employees on
Relationshipmanagement:Build and maintain close relationships with the clients, ship screw and ship management teams, and onshore

Requirements

• Youmust be a qualified Marine Chief
  
• Minimumof one-year experience as a Chief Engineer on Tanker vessels is a
  
• Minimumone year as a Technical Superintendent with a reputed ShipManagement company is a
  
• Experiencesailing on Tanker vessels in senior ranks or managing Tankervessels as a Technical Superintendent is a
  
• Ableto multitask and work under pressure to meet
  
• Well-updatedwith the latest regulatory requirements and their
  
• Inyour past roles, you have demonstrated high-quality technical andmanagerial skills in linking various organizational resources toexcellent service delivery and operational
  
• Peopleoriented and passionate about developing shipboard
  
• Businessacumen with capability to manage the budgetary responsibilities formultiple
  
• Highlyanalytical with a proactive approach to
