- Create detailed technical drawings and documentation for offshore pipeline systems
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop pipeline plans, layouts, and specifications
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and regulations
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify drawings
- Conduct quality checks on drawings and review for errors or inconsistencies
- Maintain and update drawing files and documentation for future reference
- Communicate with internal team members and external stakeholders to clarify design requirements
- Assist in preparing material take-offs and cost estimates for pipeline projects
- Diploma or certification in Drafting or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a draftsman in the offshore pipelines industry
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or similar tools
- Strong understanding of offshore pipeline systems and industry standards
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software
- Experience with 3D modeling software is a plus
