    Job Description

    Head of Pre-Sales (CX) needed for a technology-driven Business Process Outsourcing Company that are expanding their services across Saudi Arabia.

    • Contact Center Platform Knowledge (Genesys is preferable)
    • CX Knowledge
    • VOIP Technology
    • Software System integrations
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in presales, sales engineering, or a related field, preferably within the CX (BPO industry is a plus) with more focus on Middle East Region, specifically KSA.
    • In-depth understanding and expertise in CX software systems, including CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms, customer engagement tools, and related technologies.
    • Experience in developing and delivering impactful product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
    • Excellent technical understanding and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, Marketing, BDM, and product development.
    • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Ability to stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the CX software industry.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess customer requirements and propose effective solutions.
    • Ability to travel as required to support sales activities and attend client meetings and industry events.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Team Leadership and Management:

    • Lead and manage a team of presales professionals, including presales engineers, solution architects, and product specialists.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to team members.
    • Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for the team.

    Presales Strategy and Planning:

    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective presales strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to shape presales activities and offerings.
    • Research and continuously assess new Vendors and Products to augment our portfolio
    • Analyze customer requirements and industry-specific challenges to identify opportunities for tailored solutions.
    • Align with Sales Directors for Opportunities planning for better load distribution among presales team members

    Solution Development and Presentation:

    • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, pain points, and CX software requirements.
    • Collaborate with the solution consultancy team to design and develop comprehensive and innovative solution proposals.
    • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of CX software solutions with a training plan for these activities for other team members.
    • Tailor presentations to address customer-specific needs and highlight the unique selling points of the proposed solutions.
    • Manage and plan a successful POC when needed

    Technical Expertise and Product Knowledge:

    • Develop a deep understanding of the company's CX software products, features, and integration capabilities.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the CX software industry.
    • Leverage your technical expertise to address customer inquiries, provide technical guidance, and overcome objections.
    • Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights for product improvement and innovation.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing important and named clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify leads, ensuring alignment with the company's target market and solution offerings.
    • Engage with clients to understand their needs, pain points, and desired outcomes, and propose tailored solutions.
    • Address client concerns, objections, and technical queries to build confidence and trust in the proposed solutions.

    Sales Support and Collaboration:

    • Collaborate closely with sales teams throughout the sales cycle, providing technical expertise and support.
    • Participate in sales meetings, customer workshops, and negotiations to ensure effective communication of solution benefits.
    • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
    • Provide input and insights from the market and clients to help shape the company's sales and marketing strategies.

    About the role:


    As the Presales Head for the CX, your role is to lead the presales team in driving business growth by effectively showcasing the value and capabilities of our CX software solutions to potential clients.

    You will collaborate closely with sales, and technical teams to understand client requirements, develop compelling proposals, and deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations.

    Your strong technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills will be critical in influencing customer decisions and achieving sales targets.
