- 2-5 years of experience in IT project management, software development and project delivery
- Demonstrated effective project management skills especially planning and directing work efforts, and motivating teammates
- Strong communication skills and ownership
- Demonstrated success translating objectives into project plans
- Demonstrated success with scheduling and cost processes
- Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
- Demonstrated experience managing moderately complex IT projects
- Demonstrated ability to effectively track, analyze and trend project schedules to ensure successful and timely completion
- Ability to communicate effectively to leadership
