- Reports directly to the Director of Crisis & Disaster Management. Interfaces frequently with senior management personnel, both Saudi Arabian Parsons Limited (SAPL) and Royal Commission on resilience matters. Supervises all department staff and support functions.
- Maintains strategic coordination of the CDMD work program including guiding the program's implementation and monitoring its delivery.
- Seeks to continually improve the services delivered by CDM through the implementation of lessons learnt, the advancement of best practice approaches, and improvements to work practices and systems (including IT systems).
- Engage with Saudi Arabian Parsons Limited (SAPL) and the Divisions and Departments of the Royal Commission in Yanbu to gain engagement with the CDMD work program and seek to build resilience measures into the Royal Commission's projects and initiatives.
- Must possess a graduate degree from a recognised Western Country university.
- Minimum of 15 years relevant work experience in developed and developing countries.
- Proven leadership skills to develop and manage a multiphase program of work and to provide strategic consultation to the Royal Commission in Yanbu.
- Should hold a qualification or certification from a recognized industry body relevant to the work of the Crisis and Disaster Management Department, and experience in implementing associate best practice methodologies.
- Preference for professional experience with any of the following: risk management, emergency management, crisis management, business continuity management, or employment with police, fire, security or intelligence agencies.
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills with the ability to communicate at a high-level. Arabic would be an advantage.
- Time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

We are looking to hire a Crisis & Disaster Management Supervisor who will coordinating resilience, business continuity, run risk management work programs and provide strategic consultation to the Royal Commission in Yanbu on crisis and disaster management, civil defense, security and related matters.
