    Saudi Aramco one of the worlds leading integrated energy and chemicals companies and international contract logistics provider DHL Supply Chain have signed a shareholders agreement to establish a New Company for Procurement and Logistics Hub in Saudi Arabia to enhance supply chain efficiency and sustainability. It would be the regions first hub catering to industrial energy chemical and petrochemical customers. The joint venture aims to be operational in 2025 and provide reliable endtoend integrated procurement and supply chain services for companies across the industrial energy chemical and petrochemical sectors. Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its own Affiliates. In the long term all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia and the ultimate goal is to reach the MENA region.
    We are looking for a highly experienced commercially minded Director Commercial Controlling who Leads the companys commercial controlling agenda and risk Management closely works with all new businesses and is part of all negotiations with the customers. Led the business case approval process and acted as subject matter expert in all Investment decisions relating to incorporated JV based in Al Khobar.
    Objective: Your role as Director Commercial Controlling is multifaceted and pivotal in the success of the company. You lead the commercial controlling agenda and are responsible for several critical tasks. Your primary objective is to effectively communicate and influence senior business leaders champion best practices and innovative approaches and ensure their integration throughout the organization. Building strong trusting relationships with senior business leaders is necessary to foster collaboration and alignment toward overarching objectives. You also collaborate closely with new business ventures and are integral to negotiations with customers. As a leader you manage a department or small unit and oversee a team including at least one commercial controller. You monitor work progress facilitate problemsolving and identify bottlenecks within work processes. Your insights and suggestions for improvement carry weight and are implemented after approval. Furthermore you are responsible for leading the business case approval process and serving as the subject matter expert in all investment decisions relating to the company. Your negotiation leadership underscores your critical role in shaping the companys financial future. In summary as the Director Commercial Controlling your primary objectives include communication influence relationshipbuilding collaboration with third parties leadership in negotiations and effective management of a department or unit. Your position demands a seasoned and analytical approach to address complex challenges and contribute to the companys strategic and financial success. General Responsibilities:
    • Subject matter expert in all commercial controlling Investment analysis & approval processes.
    • Oversee delivery and quality of Commercial Controlling initiatives and activities to provide financial risk and opportunity analysis of operations and investment reviews.
    • Be part of contract negotiations with customers and support sales & marketing team on all commercial controlling aspects.
    • Lead the business case approval process and ensure compliance with the contract approval process and guidelines.
    • Provide support and training to all stakeholders to comply with the contract approval process and business case preparation.
    • Work closely to improve revenue and margin across the business through client profitability monitoring improvement action plans and client commercial negotiations acting as the finance lead for material new contract signings and pricing decisions.
    • Support Business controlling in financial planning and Analysis process with relevant forecasted Investment plans and related commercials.
    • Providing substantial input to the companys business plan.
    • Develop Financial and cost models for new businesses expansions renewals etc.
    • Prepare investment proposals for all major investments or leases in Capex and suggest options for management reviews.
    • Periodically review all customer contracts and highlight revenue leakages if any.
    • Coordinate creation review and followup on investments and business cases and coordinate budgets for all new and major investment projects.
    • Act as a senior finance business partner with the business development team to help interpret performance indicators highlight trends and offer strategic advice to help senior management deliver on financial commitments.
    • Work with key stakeholders to understand business needs in order to make the best decisions that improve results or reduce risk. Build analytical capability around revenue management client profitability and margin optimization and help develop and support the companys expansion strategy.
    • Develop the investment and commercial controlling function to develop improved financial reports and analysis bestinclass forecast models and help management understand options to improve performance.
    • Work as Risk Manager for the Company.
    • Ensure that financial analysis performancerelated reporting and relevant financial information are provided accurately and as per timelines to enable appropriate management decisions.
    • Evaluate and advise on ongoing and future business activities regarding profitability and financial risk.
    • Manage insurance programs of the Company.
    • Perform any other duties out of the routine but within the scope of work.

    Qualification
    : The ideal candidate will have a passionate commitment to improving peoples lives an insane focus on excellence and a strong alignment with our core values: bold focused agile and collaborative.
    • Master Degree with professional finance qualification.
    • Preferably an Accounting qualification (ACMA ACA CPA CA) with a strong commercial mindset and business partnering experience.
    • Demonstrable experience in a leadership role within commercial finance and excellent negotiation skills.
    • Strong Leadership and people management abilities.
    • Strong relationship and senior stakeholder management skills an ability to influence at a senior level.
    • Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong financial acumen and expertise with a deep understanding of financial analysis budgeting forecasting and modeling.
    • More than 10 years in the same field
    Knowledge & Skills:
    • Highly developed organizational ability sound judgment and attention to detail.
    • Able to work under pressure and remain focused.
    • Ability to work well with others in a fastpaced team environment.
    • Sound experience in Budgets Cost Allocation Financial Reporting and Financial Planning Forecasting Financial Risk Management Strategic Planning and Data Visualization.
    • Had experience in Business Case Customer Profitability Investments Compliance Financial Policies Finance IT Systems and Technology Trends.
    • Influencing Feedback Presentation and storytelling Facilitation Negotiation People Management.
    • Proven track record of successful investments and portfolio management.
    • Strong team management and social skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency knowledge of Word Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
    • Selfmotivated with a high sense of professional ethics and integrity.
    • Professional attitude with strong discretion to keep sensitive information secure and private.
