    Responsibilities:
    Prepare and edit technical documents, reports, presentations, and proposals.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of technical projects, contracts, and deadlines.
    Organize and manage the Technical Manager s office supplies and equipment.
    Research and gather information on technical topics as assigned.
    Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor s degree in business administration, Secretarial Science, or related field preferred.
    Minimum 3 years of experience working as a secretary in a technical or engineering environment.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    Experience in the Aluminum industry is a plus.
